Go to work.... STOP Whinning

Facts:
Female 59 years old
Height 5'2
Weight 168.2
Bloods Sugar 138
Blood Pressure 138/80

This week's goals:

Get off of Cokes, i.e. Caffeine and sugar soft drinks. Start with diet Cokes and cut out Cokes in a week. My husband can not stand for me to go cold turkey. So, I start with diet Cokes. It is much more reasonable to cut out the sugar first, then the caffeine is easier to get rid of the next week.

Change the way I eat. Start with a calorie limit. Next week work on healthier eating.
Calorie goal 1200 calories a day.

Set an exercise goals:
20 squats ( work the knees up to being in condition)
20 leg lifts
Walk 20 minutes
